We are selective and focused in our engagements, taking on a limited number of assignments in situations where we are confident we can exceed our clients’ expectations. This allows us to dedicate senior attention to every engagement and to remain nimble in our approach to executing transactions, leading to a closed transaction “batting average” higher than that of our competitors.

  • Every process begins with a comprehensive understanding of our client’s business and goals. We do extensive upfront planning and preparation with our clients, investing between 40 and 100 hours per client before we enter into any engagement.

  • We limit the number of transactions undertaken by each managing director and take on assignments only when we are confident we can provide performance beyond our clients’ expectations.
