Mazzone advised The Power Sonic Corporation on the sale of its Plasticos business unit to Plastiexports
Mazzone & Associates (“Mazzone”) is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive financial advisor to The Power Sonic Corporation (“Power Sonic”) with respect to its sale of its plastic injection molding business unit, Plasticos AMC de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (“Plasticos”), to Plastiexports, S.A. de C.V. (“Plastiexports”).
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Juarez, Mexico, Plasticos is a plastic injection products manufacturer for customers throughout North America. Plasticos produces components primarily for blue chip customers in the automotive and consumer goods industries. Manufacturing is conducted in its nearly 100,000 sq. ft. facility that features more than 40 injection molding machines.
“The combination of these two organizations will allow Plastiexports to expand its production capabilities and will also allow Power Sonic to continue to focus on its core business.
