Dustin Dawson brings nearly a decade of investment banking experience to Mazzone & Associates. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has worked on more than 20 transactions across a range of industries, advising clients in both buy-side and sell-side engagements. His responsibilities span full transaction execution, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence coordination.

Mr. Dawson began his career at Mazzone & Associates as an Analyst and has earned successive promotions to his current role as Vice President. His experience includes engagements across industrials, business services, technology & software, packaging, building products, and related sectors.

Mr. Dawson earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and holds the FINRA Series 27, 63, 7, 24, and 79 licenses.
